Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's Hanul Nuclear Power Plant headquarters held an enrollment ceremony Tuesday for its "Second-Half 2026 Welder Training Program" at the Shin Hanul Units 3 and 4 construction site, with trainees in attendance.
The program aims to provide local residents with construction site-tailored education and quality employment opportunities.
It runs for 12 weeks through Nov. 30.
"I hope each of you will use this program to sharpen your skills and grow into a reliable asset for the region," headquarters chief Lee Yong-hui said. "We will continue to explore and develop ways to support local talent development and employment."
