Kim Byeong-wan, a professor of police administration at Gwangju University, has been appointed CEO of Yeosu Gwangyang Port Management Co., a subsidiary of the Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority (YGPA).
Wholly owned by YGPA, Yeosu Gwangyang Port Management handles security and guard services for port facilities at Yeosu and Gwangyang.
