Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel on Thursday launched a premium ready-meal lineup called "Atelier 1955: Fresh Table" at 1955 Groceria, its lobby-level food shop.
The new menu targets customers who want a healthy, balanced meal despite a busy schedule. It features four sandwiches and three salads, designed to highlight the natural flavors of fresh ingredients while delivering the hotel's signature dining experience in a convenient format.
The sandwich selection emphasizes ingredient harmony and texture. The lineup is anchored by a generously filled club sandwich and a croissant Caesar sandwich — a flaky croissant layered with the bold flavor of Caesar dressing. Also on offer are an egg salad sandwich with a rich, savory profile and a grilled vegetable sandwich that maximizes the smoky depth of roasted vegetables, catering to vegetarians.
The salad offerings focus on nutritional balance. A quinoa salad — built around the superfood grain — is aimed at health-conscious customers. Rounding out the selection are a Cobb salad packed with a variety of ingredients and a bocconcini salad featuring soft, mild cheese, both suited for those seeking a lighter meal.
The hotel said the launch is intended to make the gourmet offerings at 1955 Groceria more accessible and approachable, broadening menu choices to suit a range of lifestyles — from a hearty meal to a light brunch.
